My heartfelt condolences for the loss of your mother. I have many fond memories of the Wilde and Cravit family get togethers during my childhood and adolescence. I am sorry to have lost touch.

Please accept my sympathy on your loss. Laurie took me on my first trip overseas to visit her beloved England and meet her aunt Elsie. We spent a great summer there Michael was a baby and as a result of that trip I have had a life long love of England and English history. Laurie took me to see Blenheim Palace home of my favorite - Winston Churchill and she even took me to his resting place in Bladen cemetery as she knew how much that meant to me. I''ve subsequently visited the country many times because of Laurie. I met all her British cousins and walked with her in the local Harrow Park with her dog Major Laurie adored dogs. And I can still hear her exclaiming some of her various British sayings - Gordon Bennett for one! May her family enjoy their own happy memories and gain renewed strength in the days to come.
