Lou & I send our sincere condolences to Aunty Lila, Ellen & her family, and all of Uncle Hy''s nieces & nephews and their families. I would especially like to thank Rena Bader for her love and kindness and all her help in caring for Lila & Hy. Uncle Hy was a very special man. A proud war hero and a man who dedicated his life to serving Canada. He cared for Lila with such tenderness and dedication. He was blessed with a long, active and healthy life. May his neshama have an aliya. BDE

It is a measure of the man and his family that donations be given the the UJA Covid-19 Relief Fund to help those presently in need because of the current dire situation. Recognition is given to the present heroes helping in the fight against Covid. Recognition and remembrance must also be given to heroes such as Hy, in his lifetime fight against evil. I never had the honour of meeting Hy but only learned of him from his niece Rena. My sympathies to the family on their great loss.

Auntie Lila and Ellen, I’m so sorry for the loss of Uncle Hy. He was always so sweet. I always enjoyed listening to his stories about his time in the Air Force. He will be deeply missed.
