I was reading the Canadian Jewish News this morning and was so very sad to read that Stanley had died. I did not know. No one had told me. My deepest sympathies to everyone.

To the Lass family my deepest condolences. I worked with Stan when Brian was a toddler. He taught me how to call people to solicit a house listing. He was a fun guy and a gentleman. Many years later I met him in a store and we had a nice chat. May his memory be a blessing and may he rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to the Lass family. Stan lived in my building and I would always catch up with him on the elevator. He always carried an umbrella for his daily walks in the neighbourhood. And he was always dressed very nicely. We also worked together in real estate. That goes back a long time ago. I will miss him.

I go back a long way with Stan. He ran my new home division of my brokerage probably around 1980. He was fun, I so admired his artistic talent. Over the years we would bump into each other at real estate events of just out on walks in the Bathurst and Sheppard area. He was one-of-a-kind and in a very good way. I am so sorry for the family. We all will miss this nattily dressed man.
