I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Elana. She was my manager for a while but she was also my friend. She was hardworking and focused as well as compassionate. She instinctively knew when you were having a bad day and was very supportive. Elana was very proud of her children and their accomplishments and spoke often of them. She was a vibrant, active and warm woman. I can still picture her in her running shoes going out for a run. I am sorry for your loss. I hope that her memory is a blessing to you.

I wanted to pass along my thoughts and prayers to your family. I worked with Elana for many years at the wsib. She was one of the hardest working managers who was very dedicated to her staff. I will always remember her infectious smile and quick wit. She will be very missed.
