I remember Peter with great fondness as I was given the task of calling him each morning to ensure he would make it to work on time. Our calls followed the same dialogue ‘Good morning Peter. I am calling to make sure you are awake’. Peter ‘Oh good morning Vicki, thank you for calling’. ‘Now Peter promise me you won’t go back to sleep’. ‘ Yes Vicki I promise’. Peter was always at work on time as long as I remembered to call him.

I was always happy to come over for a visit because I knew there would be a chance to practice my German with him and hear many engrossing stories. He will be missed by many. My most heartfelt condolences to the family.

Our sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad. He was a great man with a kind and gentle soul. He loved and would do anything for his closest friends and family. He shared many stories with us and it was our pleasure to have known him. May God watch over your family.

My deepest condolences to the family. Our thoughts are with you all during this very difficult time. We will forever remember his funny jokes and sparkling personality despite his age. He could certainly light up a room with his voice and sense of humour. The world is less one angel today on earth who has been returned to heaven to watch over his kids and grandkids alike. We will miss him dearly and pray that you all find peace in your hearts. We love you all very much along with our beloved Peter. Love, The Jagroo’s and Sookdeo’s

Dear Leah, dear Lish, my deepest condolences on the death of your father. He will always watch over you and always be in your hearts. Do not think about this current bad time, think about the good times together with your father. He is very proud of you. Your dads cousin, my grandma Luci, is very sad, too. Her condolences to you and your family. Best regards from Germany Your grand-grand-grand Alexander Joist
