Today a lovely group of Carol''s Tennis-friends got together for lunch in her honor! We all had the same sentimental feelings in our hearts, but knew Carol was smiling and with us all in spirit! Once again, most heartfelt condolences to Dan and the entire Libman family. Carol has been a mentor and inspiration to me since I began playing Tennis with her. Warm, enthusiastic, smart and creative, she leaves a phenomenal legacy and will be lovingly remembered. May her family be comforted by their special memories of times spent together and may her memory be a blessing.

I''m so very sad to hear this news. I have so many wonderful memories of those long ago days when we''d visit with the Libmans and Mauers or they''d visit us when we all lived in and around Montreal. Carol was so good at staying in touch with my mom, and then us kids even though we hadn''t seen her in decades. I am so glad I saw her last play on Zoom and had a quick chat with her. I will so miss her and send my condolences to all the family and friends.

I am just heartbroken. I have known the Libman family since I was 10 years old and became best friends of Connie, Carol''s younger daughter since her tragic death at 40. Carol was the matriarch of this very special family. I will miss her deeply. My condolences to Danny Libman and his family, Isaac Lawy and his family, and to Gord Harvey and his family. May Carol''s memory be a blessing.

Dear Danny and members of Carol’s family, Carol was a cousin who I remember fondly. She was energetic, vivacious and most of all talented. Her parents were Auntie Sadie and Uncle Eli to me; our families were close back in the day in Montreal. In fact I was Carol and Syd’s real estate broker when they sold their home in Cote St Luc. Please accept my sincere condolences at this time. My heartfelt thoughts are with you. Rita Blitt Tenenbaum

My heart felt sympathy to all of Carol''s large family and friends. Carol, dear, strong Carol was my ,mentor, my friend, Tennis partner, traveling buddy and Theatre buddy. She was and will be my role model on how to age with grace and humor. Carol, dear Carol, we, Marcella, Frederica and myself, Hendrina, will miss you. You will be in our thoughts. Rest in peace.

To the family of the late Carol Libman, I am so sorry for your loss. She was always so kind and generous to me. We had our get togethers regularly for over 15 years and frequented many local establishments around the theatre. I followed her writings, her shows and her career and was an avid fan of her works. She was always enthusiastic and eager to get together and teach me the ropes and welcomed me at the Alumnae Theatre where we were both members. She spoke fondly and proudly of her family and kept me informed of their comings and goings. She will be missed by many.
