The heat warming tributes to your mom gave me some insight about how special she was in so many ways Ron. I know she would be so pleased to know that her devoted and loving son has personally embraced so many of her wonderful qualities. The apple didn''t fall far from the tree Ron. May her memory live on in your heart and soul and motivate you to succeed and to continue doing good deeds in her honour.

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Ron''s Mom, it is clear that she passed onto Ron so much love, that he has it in abundance. And so Ron generously shares that love with friends and family alike. Yael''s legacy is Ron, and that in itself is one beautiful and lasting legacy...

Carl and Ron, Met Yael for the first time in 1963 when I traveled to Israel for the first time when I was 8 years old. In 1972-1974 spent time in Israel and really got to know Yael well in Ramat Gan. We bonded and remained close. The warmth and friendliness that she had for Me and our whole family had no bounds. She had tremendous love for my Mother where she spent time in our house and kept in touch with her after she moved out on her own for many years! I will forever have her in my Tefilot and will say Kaddish for her Daily! Your Cousin David & Chanee Deutsch

Yael was a beautiful soul and touched so many selflessly offering help to all those who crossed her path. Regardless of the pain and struggle presented to her in her personal life, she was always positive and hopeful, and chose to see the light in all. Yael was indeed an inspiration and will stay forever in our hearts. Deeply saddened ... until we meet again dear soul 💗

Yael’s eternal spirit will always be with you, protecting you, guiding you, and loving you in her alternate form. Know this to be true as I’ve seen many documentaries on death. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it responds by changing shape. Yael lived her life fully and contributed so much greatness to the world. Blessings to her and to her loved ones.

To my dear friend Ron, I am sorry about the loss of your mom. No words can express the love you have for her or the loss you are feeling now. You''re a good friend Ron. We have shared many a laughs. Mrs. Lew was a lovely soft-spoken woman. She will be missed greatly. Mrs. Lew once gave me a beautiful compliment. When she was still on the acute care side at Sunnybrook I was called and contacted her. We spoke on the phone and I davened for her saying a kapitel Tehillim then made a mishebarach for her Sarah Yael bas Zahava. After I finished the prayer she said to me You have lifted my spirits. She was weak and in discomfort and she still focused on complimenting me. This is very special. May her memory always be a source of strength and comfort to you. Rabbi R. We are very saddened to learn about Yael''s passing. My deepest condolences and sympathies to Carl and Ron and the rest of her family. Yael was the greatest Hebrew teacher, encouraging, engaging, creative and passionate. She taught us little tricks to help us remember vocabulary and grammar. The conversations were biblical, current, informative and engaging. She will be greatly missed. To Carl and Ron, may you be comforted among the mourners of Yerushalayim and Zion.

Yael was the teacher who inspired my grandson to learn Hebrew. I''m convinced that it was his devotion to her that led him to make Aliyah, become a chayal boded and make his mark as a Special Forces combat soldier and top sniper. I wish I had told her...I know she would have been proud.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Yael. My deepest sympathies to her husband, son, family, close friends. What a nice lady, great enthusiastic teacher, and sincere warm soul. May her memory be a blessing. I had the pleasure of studying once a week in the evenings for a number of years under Yael''s guidance and encouragement . At times we''d sit in the car for a while solving the world''s problems or discussing life in general. I am going to miss her. My deepest condolences.
